Our Kettlebells = Healthcare weekend seminar is approved for 1.0 NASM CEUs!
There’s a lot of “fluff” out there in the fitness and rehab industry – low level drills, under-dosed rehab interventions, training that doesn’t provide enough of a stimulus to create an adaptation, or flashy trends on social media.
And then there are kettlebells.
Kettlebells provide endless opportunities to master skills, improve coordination, enhance strength and power, promote athleticism, and create a fun training and rehab stimulus. That’s what this weekend is all about.
With Kettlebells = Healthcare, we’ll dive into you – the trainer, coach, or rehab provider – mastering kettlebell skills so you can feel confident coaching, programming, and implementing. We’ll learn about cues, progressions, regressions, and program design so you can seamlessly weave kettlebells into your gym or clinic. We’ll explore training and rehab concepts and apply with practical, hands-on learning so you can leave this weekend ready to implement with your clients and patients.

With a research and university-level teaching background in neuroscience, she strives to utilize neurological principles to maximize outcomes in rehab and performance. Her passion is to promote higher quality healthcare along the spectrum of training and rehab, to dispel myths that run rampant in the health and wellness industry, and to promote a sense of resiliency rather than fragility among both clients and healthcare providers.
In addition to patient care, Dr. Dabrowski is an Advisory Board Member for the Society of Neurosports, an academic and clinical organization for advancing research and applied work in the fields of neuroscience and exercise science. She is also an adjunct faculty member at Nova Southeastern University, where she teaches in the undergraduate neuroscience department.
