We are excited to launch our Youth Athletic Development Group Classes led by Coach Alex Diblasi, starting June 4th! Our primary goal is to train and develop the physical and mental qualities associated with sports and athletics. Additionally, our classes aim to instill good training habits and discipline needed in long-term athletic success. The complete and comprehensive approach to all areas related to sport and performance is what sets this program apart and allows our athletes to be successful on and off of the playing field.
- Classes are $350 a month
- Meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 – 2:00 PM
- Old Bull Athletics Pinecrest
- Group A (10 – 13 years old)
- Group B (14 – 18 years old)
Our program is designed to enhance performance through the following:
- Developing Strength, Speed, and Power: Through exposure to diverse movement patterns and exercises, we focus on building a solid foundation that our athletes can grow from.
- Improving Coordination, Reaction, and Agility: We prioritize drills, games, exercises that allow our athletes to work on these qualities.
- Enhancing Decision-Making Skills: Strategic training scenarios and situations allow athletes to make correct choices while fatigued or under pressure.
- Creating Resilient and Confident Athletes: We aim to build up our young athletes and develop physically resilient and mentally strong humans capable of meeting the demands of athletics and life.
- Mitigating Risk of Injury: Proper warm up, lifting, and recovery techniques allows our athletes to decrease risk of injury, stay on the field longer, and perform better!

About Your Coach
Alex Diblasi is a certified strength and conditioning specialist who has experience working with athletes of all levels. He has trained professional athletes from the NFL and MLB, college athletes from all three divisions, and worked extensively with high school and youth athletes. He also has years of experience training general fitness clients of all ages and abilities.
Whether you are a high level athlete looking to improve performance, a young athlete with dreams of playing in college, or a busy parent just looking to get into shape, Alex has you covered. His passion for coaching and training comes from his time as a lifelong football player, where he played collegiately at Carnegie Mellon University, and his desire to have a positive impact on those around him.
He is dedicated to creating long and meaningful relationships with the people he trains and strives to improve all aspects of their life and performance. His principle-based approach will meet you where you are at and ensure smart, fun and effective training!
