Old Bull Athletics’ Andy Fortuna, LMT, ATC, LAT, CSC presents a one day educational workshop specifically designed to equip athletes and coaches with the understanding of the powerful effects of stress on the body, and actionable ways to regain control of the mind and body to maximize positive adaptations in training and life.

The purpose of the Resilient Athlete workshop is to provide participants with a comprehensive approach to stress management via physical training. It aims to help participants develop resilience and enhance performance by equipping them with various tools and strategies to effectively regulate the neuromuscular system.

From the eastern medicine practice of Qigong to the neuroscience behind stress to applied strength training principles, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the human stress response and its impact on behavior and performance while learning practical ways to eliminate undesired effects and promote high quality performance.

The workshop also emphasizes the importance of breath control, mobility, and functional movement to managing stress, tension, and improving overall long term health.
