About Your Instructors
Dr. Hannah Sadowsky is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and Gymnastics Specialist who earned her degree from Florida International University in 2019. Before stepping into the world of physical therapy, she spent over 15 years coaching competitive gymnastics, working with everyone from young beginners to elite athletes. This background laid the foundation for her well-rounded, individualized approach to rehab and performance training for all ages.
Hannah brings that same energy and precision to her own training, blending her love for calisthenics and strength work into her practice. Her mission is simple: to make high-quality movement accessible to individuals at every level.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Sadowsky plays an active role in the Old Bull Foundation, a non-profit committed to bringing health and fitness to underserved youth. Through this work, she’s helping to Build the Strength in Every Kid—empowering the next generation through movement, education, and opportunity.
Frankie Telfort, CSCS is the Founder and CEO of Old Bull Athletics, where he leads a movement to redefine human performance through science, precision, and purpose. With a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Southern California, Frankie blends elite athletic insight with academic expertise to deliver a holistic approach to strength and conditioning.
His coaching career began at USC as a student assistant with the football program, later expanding to the NFL as an assistant coach with the Seattle Seahawks during training camp. Returning to his roots at Gulliver Preparatory School, Frankie has served as Defensive Coordinator, implementing cutting-edge performance systems that have shaped the development of high-level student-athletes.
Since founding Old Bull Athletics in 2015, Frankie has grown the company into a multi-location training and rehabilitation powerhouse. Under his leadership, Old Bull is staffed by a top-tier team of physical therapists and performance coaches who specialize in injury prevention, biomechanics, and intelligent training systems.
Frankie is a StrongFirst Master Instructor, certified across kettlebell, barbell, and bodyweight modalities. He also holds credentials in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Animal Flow, and pre/postnatal performance training. His clientele includes Olympic athletes, youth prospects, and general population clients, all trained with programming rooted in evidence-based practices and performance longevity.
Beyond the gym, Frankie is a nationally recognized educator, having led seminars and mentorship programs in anatomy, program design, and movement systems for trainers across the country. Whether in the weight room, on the field, or in the classroom, Frankie’s mission is consistent.
