Integrated Body Level 2: Reload

This is an immersive, hands-on course that integrates movement assessment, breathwork, strength principles, and progressive overload strategies to help practitioners develop resilient, adaptable, and high-performing individuals.

Grounded in the Reset, Reinforce, Reload framework introduced in Level 1, this course focuses on Reload—the process of transforming improved movement quality and nervous system readiness into meaningful strength, capacity, and performance adaptations.

Participants will learn how to assess movement readiness, apply foundational strength principles, and utilize a variety of training modalities to develop force production, coordination, stability, and resilience. Emphasis is placed on foundational movement patterns, exercise progressions and regressions, breath, grip, and core integration, and the application of health-first training principles to support sustainable outcomes.

Attendees will learn how to select, modify, and dose exercises based on individual needs, goals, and capabilities while using RPE and movement quality as guides for decision-making and progression.

Participants will leave with an evidence-informed framework that bridges movement preparation, strength development, and performance training, providing practical strategies to support resilience, durability, and long-term adaptation across clinical, fitness, and performance settings.

Course Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  1. Explain the principles of progressive overload and their relationship to movement quality, resilience, strength development, and long-term performance.
  2. Identify foundational movement patterns and assess movement readiness to support safe and effective exercise selection.
  3. Demonstrate proper technique for foundational movement patterns and strength-based exercises using a variety of training modalities.
  4. Apply breath, grip, and core activation strategies to improve stability, force production, and movement efficiency during strength training.
  5. Utilize the 7 Key Components of movement to enhance exercise execution, coaching effectiveness, and performance outcomes.
  6. Progress and regress strength exercises based on individual needs, goals, movement quality, and training readiness.
  7. Apply RPE and health-first training principles to guide exercise selection, dosage, progression, and recovery considerations.
  8. Use case-based reasoning to design strength and performance strategies that align with an individual’s movement capabilities, goals, and stage of development.
  9. Design and implement an integrated training session that bridges movement preparation, strength development, and performance outcomes to support resilience, durability, and long-term adaptation.

The Integrated Body Level 1: Myofascial & Movement Strategies for Performance

This immersive 2-day, hands-on course integrates fascia science, therapeutic breathwork, and applied myofascial strategies to help practitioners improve mobility, support pain modulation, and enhance nervous system regulation for performance.

Grounded in a Reset, Reinforce, Reload framework, this course presents myofascial strategies as a Reset tool—a way to reduce movement barriers, open short-term “windows of opportunity,” and prepare the nervous system for effective training. These strategies may be applied using hands-on techniques or self-myofascial tools, depending on professional scope.

Participants will learn how to Reinforce these changes through targeted mobility and stability strategies, and how to Reload the system with progressive overload, strength, and performance-based movement.

Attendees will leave with a full-body, evidence-informed framework that blends myofascial work and movement principles to support resilience, durability, and long-term adaptation across clinical and performance settings.

Date/Time:

  • May 30, 2026 | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • May 31, 2026 | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Location:

  • Old Bull Athletics Pinecrest: 8185 SW 117th Street, Pinecrest, FL 33156

Cost:

  • Student Pricing: $200 (contact [email protected] for discount code)
  • Early Bird Pricing: $300
  • Regular Pricing: $400

Course Objectives

  • Explain the anatomical and physiological principles of fascia and its relationship to the nervous system, movement efficiency, and performance.
  • Identify common myofascial restriction patterns and relevant acupressure points throughout the body.
  • Demonstrate scope-appropriate myofascial strategies for the spine, torso, and extremities using hands-on or tool-based approaches.
  • Apply acupressure-based strategies to support mobility, pain modulation, and parasympathetic activation.
  • Integrate breathwork techniques to enhance tissue adaptability and nervous system regulation during myofascial and movement work.
  • Reinforce myofascial reset strategies with region-specific mobility and stability drills.
  • Use case-based reasoning to design movement strategies that connect myofascial work to strength and performance outcomes.
  • Design and implement a full-body, integrated session that bridges myofascial strategies with progressive overload principles to support resilience, strength, and performance.
